Payment grants right of entry and a lanyard will be provided at the registration desk. This lanyard acts as your ticket and is proof of purchase for the Arcanacon weekend and must be worn at all times.
This ticket/lanyard is non-transferable and only one lanyard is valid per ticket purchased.
It is the responsibility of each attendee to be aware of and adhere to the Arcanacon Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy and the conditions of entry for the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Refunds are not generally available but may be provided at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry in line with the Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment Policy and the rules of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises..
The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons. Refunds will not be available if individual events are rescheduled or cancelled.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
While a large amount of gaming is available across the convention weekend, we cannot guarantee access to any specific game, especially at a specific time. Please note that the Good Society LARP has only 20 places and so access is very limited.
